I had a problem with my radio that was installed by Car Toyz. I brought in to be repaired, they told me no appointment neccesary. when I arrived they said they were too busy to look at it.That was only the begining of my terrible service. I called numerous times to see when it would be best to drop it off. The guy who answers the phone is a rude idiot. I eventually spoke with James, the manager. He reassured me to bring it in anytime and he will personally take care of it. Again B.S, My radio is still not fixed and Car Toyz is unable to help me.Everyone that works there is very rude and I would Never reccomend anyone to go there.
