We had an outstanding introduction to our motor-home experience. We were shown the mechanics of our motor-home by Tyler this past week. I think it is very important to let people know when you receive outstanding customer service. Tyler has wonderful people skills, a very friendly demeanor, and he is very knowledgeable of motor homes. We are duly impressed by him as a whole. I wanted to take this time to express my sincere thanks to everyone at Kitsmiller and let them know they have a valued employee with Tyler and we look forward to enjoying our investment!
