Review content:
I've now used Reliable Heating and Air for a plumbing issue AND an electrical one. I had sticker shock both times, but I've never had to do the sort of thing they did for me. Once I did some research, I realized they were right in line with everyone else, so I'm happy. My plumber was Anthony Forman and the electricians were Ricky J and James S. All were professional and efficient; explaining my options and the reasons for the work. Pricing was given up front before the work was started and payment was due upon satisfactory completion of the work. The electrical work done was running new 220 line for my new stove and they accomplished this in less than an hour, even with all the challenges they were faced with. The plumbing was a HUGE project (totally blocked in-the-wall cast iron down pipe) and there was a slight leak issue once the job was done, but Tony came back the next day and fixed that issue once and for all at no charge. Special shout-out to Tony, who I have dubbed the Happy Whistler....he's a really, really nice guy and whistles (well) while he works!
