Used Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration last month for some water damage I had at my rental property and they were spot on. The crew showed up at 8pm that night and worked until 2am without a break! When they left all ceilings that had fallen down from a leak on second floor were removed, all the water had been extracted and the drying machines were in place and running. \r
When the repair crew came back to finish the job they told me exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take along with the price. When the job was finished and I was handed my bill it was $300 cheaper than the estimate. Not only did they save me money but they repaired my home and it is in better condition now than before the flood.\r
I would recommend Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration to anyone!
