Drove 1-1/2 hours to purchase a Subaru Crosstrek from dealer. I was very pleased with the sale and enjoy my new vehicle. Problem is they messed up paperwork with wrong VIN. Asked me to sign new paperwork, guaranteeing me that 2 loans would not show up or be reported to credit bureaus. Well, 1-1/2 months later, I still have 2 loans reported to the credit bureaus. All I get is it is taken care of, won't happen, we'll take care of it. I have had to do all the follow up and chase both them and Chase Financial with no resolution. Just wish after 6 weeks of calling and getting the information for them to cancel the 1st deal that was done in error, someone would get things straightened out.
