I have a Mercedes and for years I went to the dealership. I had NO idea what a mistake that was until I went to Swedish Werke. I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly young woman who seemed to have genuine concern for my situation. When I dropped my car off I was nervous leaving it somewhere other than Mercedes. The girl in the office gave me a ride back to my condo and assured me she would give me an update/estimate by the end of the day and she certainly followed through. When I went to pick up the car the NEXT DAY I was honestly surprised at how articulate, knowledgeable and friendly the mechanics there were. One gentlemen stopped what he was doing, washed his hands, and greeted me with a hand shake. He then proceeded to explain what he had to fix and how I could avoid future damage! I live in Florida but I now wait to have all repairs and services done when I am in Banner Elk so I can take my car to swedish wereke. It is well worth it to me now that I have found a mechanic that I can ACTUALLY TRUST!
Pros: trustworthy, friendly staff
Cons: not a single thing!
