I don't even want to give them 1 star. I had Harris when I first moved into the area in 2007. They offered their heating and a/c contract for just under $400. When I had my heater serviced, the gentlemen that came was friendly ,but very messy. I had white carpet in my living room and just from him working on the heater got soot all in the hallway in front of heater. When I called the old woman that handles these things told me she would send out carpet cleaners. They came and were unable to get it out. I let it pass. Then in summer my a/c capacitor went. It is electrical and should be covered by the contract. After consulting with my hvac friend I tried to tell the old woman on the phone it should be covered. She put me on hold and told me they wrote it up wrong it should have been a hard start box. This was already on my house. I tried to explain to her that I was not paying for something that should be covered and she threatens me with court. So I tell her fine see you there hope you
