The TWO employees that worked on my car were nice guys. The first appt had to be cancelled due to weather. We live in New England, I get that that happens. Not an issue there. But what follows is ludicrous! While calling that morning, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. In that time span, I heard 3 different electronic voices tell me how important I was to them. One voice went every 10 seconds, another every 7 seconds, and the last one was probably every 30 seconds (I didn't time that one. Too frustrated.). In that 10 minutes on hold, I was told over SEVENTY!!!! (70) times how important I was. Seriously? HUGE FAIL. I hung up. When the tech finally called me, he verbally scheduled me for a Sat afternoon appt. An hour later, I got an email for my new scheduled appt.... on Monday afternoon (not what we talked about at all). Two minutes after that, I got a call from someone completely new to tell me about the appt. When I told him I just received an email about it, he said, "Oh good!" and hung up on me before I could inquire further. Seriously?! FAIL. Two hours after that, I got another call from the original tech to confirm my Saturday afternoon appt. Wow... Really? He told me he'd call me back after explaining to him what had happened. He called back shortly thereafter and had me setup for Saturday afternoon. Great! Saturday comes and he does his work. Two hours later he comes to the door and instead of saying he's done, he explains that he's broken the review mirror attachment and will need to reorder a new one. Won't be available till Tuesday. ...Seriously? So after driving around for a few days with my rear view mirror hanging from the ceiling, Tuesday morning arrives and I get the call I was expecting. Instead of telling me when he's going to be there, the tech (a completely different one) asks me if I would just bring my vehicle into the shop. SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?! I chose your company BECAUSE you do onsite performance. Working with your company was one week-long ----! Seriously.
