Businiess name:  Fast Water Heater Company

Review content:
I knew my water heater was on its way out so I called for an estimate. Dale came out promptly and gave me a lot of information about a few choices I had that were affordable. I put it off until after the holidays and then it went out before I could schedule the replacement voluntarily. When Dale returned to install the new heater, he was quick, efficient, thorough - did a great job. I had hot water an hour after he was done. The only negative about any of it was how long it took from the day of my initial call to the time of the installation. The name of the company is Fast Water Heater and they advertise that replacement can usually happen in 24 hours. In my case, it was 5 days. The people in their scheduling office were very apologetic and I don't think it was anything they could have prevented - happened to be a type of heater that was either not kept in stock or was out of stock at their normal supplier so they had to search for one. But once that hurdle was cleared, it was smooth sailing. I have hot water again - LOTS of hot water. Thank goodness.
