I ordered from there recently. I drove 15 minutes to pick up my order. They gave me a sub with nothing on it but meat and cheese. I called back and the woman on the phone argued with me about how I should say that I wanted toppings, although that is not the way the menu says, not the way they have done it in the past... not even the way they do it at McDonald's. I was happy to drive back, which I did. I was very polite to the woman at the counter, and she put toppings on my sub. She handed it back like it was a gross inconvenience for her. She did not say "thank you" at the least and did not even think to apologize. I am VERY disappointed. What used to be a great place has, like other, turned bad; What a shame.
