My parents have used Rafail Insurance for the past 5+ years. We have received A+ service from Mark and his staff. They are always a phone call away, if he is not available- he will return your call in a timely manner. When I moved to Dallas I needed to get renters insurance, I emailed Mark around 9PM on a Sunday evening, I had all my paperwork the next morning. Highly recommended!
