Review content:
I had never been there before and I needed my 16 yr old cat to be put to sleep. Form the phone call to set up the appointment (where i cried and cried, and the receptionist was SO understanding) to going through the process of letting my kitty go, the whole staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and respectful of what I was going through. They made a terrible time for me as comfortable as they could have. There is not one thing more I can think of that they could have done. I even received a card a few days later with heartfelt sympathy signed by everyone. Truly outstanding service. Thank you!!!!
