My 2010 Ford Fous was damaged in the May 16 hail storm in OKC. I brought it to Xclusive for the $9,000 worth of repairs and they had my car for over 7 weeks. The communication there is zero to none, it is almost impossible to get someone to tell you what is going on with your car. \r
When I picked my car up, I noticed a cigarette hole burned into my seat!! (I do not smoke and no one has ever smoked in my car) There are two dried chunks of paint stuck to my bumper and trunk that they are saying that is normal. They did not replace some pieces that were supposed to be replaced. And they also added to this list by leaving little dents by the quater glass. \r

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! They are so unprofessional and add to your problems not make them better!!! Don't let them ruin your car too!
