This is a company that I would recommend to anyone. Jason Jones, one of their employees came by my home to give me an estimate of what it would cost to repair/replace/fix a sewer pipe with roots inside of it under my home. After running the camera into the line, he gave me a quote for the cost of the repair. I gave him the go ahead to do the job. Once started, I noticed that the lenght of tunnel that I was told would get them to the broken pipe was not correct. The tunnel would need to be 10 feet long instead of 5 feet long to reach the pipe that needed repair. When I talked to Jason about this, he said he would stand by the price that he had given me, even though it would be a bigger job. I told him that was not fair to his company, and I didn't do business that way. So when the time came to pay the bill, we met in the middle and split the difference of what the additional cost would have been for the additional 5 foot lenght of the tunnel. Jason was a pleasure to do business with. Brett Simmons (plumbing installer) did any excellent job (neat, clean, and precise) inside my bathroom. No wonder this company is highly rated. They're a 5 star company by my standards. I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.
