Review content:
Returned home Saturday evening and heard water running. Checked everything, nothing on but I could hear it behind a shower. Called Case Plumbing and they were out in less than 20 minutes (keep in mind this was a Saturday night). Victor came and knew immediately there was a leak (and not in back of the shower) and further diagnosed hot water leak. Within an hour we had a leak detector find our leak under the slab whic was under a built in cabinet.
Monday morning Mark had already coordinated the removal of marble over the cabinet with Stone Top ( they also did a great job). Next day Victor and Eric carefully and patiently removed an old and somewhat brittle cabinet, jack hammered through the slab and found the leak almost a foot below where it should have been. They fixed it up to code (no easy task considering the location) filled the hole and recemented and after it cured meticUlously put the cabinet back together.
This was something that I believed was going to last for weeks, and Case Plumbing made the diagnoses, fixed the problem and put everything back together again in two days. I was and still am astounded at Mark's coordination and direction and the absolutely amazing skill and willingness of Victor and Eric to do what needed to be done correctly, the first time, without any prompting. They are my plumbing contractor for life.
