I chose them based on another review, so - hit or miss. Wanted new dentist, had to get a crown and fillings. First impression very nice, friendly. PROS: Very sensitive doctor when I was in excruciating pain, treated me very nicely. Very casual office, nice staff, helpful and explains every process well. CONS: Unsatisfactory material finish on crowns and fillings, rough, not smooth. Drilling and managing the saliva was handled very fast, heavy handed, lots of jack-hammer-like drilling. Not what I am accustom to, a '1' on a '1 to 10' scale for gentleness, in my opinion. My return visit to install permanent crown was handled with the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced in over 50 years of going to dentist, my 8-am appointment resulted in 8-hours recovery from pain (With mega dose of tylenol).. I have never before had to sign off the kind of 'work-order' paperwork, i have good insurance, the paperwork i had to fill out was as-if i wasn't insured. Hopefully, it was just the exten
