Comfortable waiting area if you choose to wait. Free water (coffee if you desire also) and donuts while you wait. The advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, not just an assistant to greet the customer. They appreciate veterans, 10% off the bill is nice too, but customer service people who appreciate veterans always score points in my book.
