Review content:
This was a yearly electrical inspection service on my four unit apartment building. The electrical service in all four units and the building was inspected, to include the removal of panel covers to inspect connections and inspecting CO and fire/smoke alarms. I accompanied the inspector for the entire time and was impressed by the details of the inspection, learned a lot, received a written report, and was given several tips on improvements. The inspector worked clean, was courteous, knew his job and I will make a point of trying to get him for next year's inspection.
