I ordered a kitchen fixture on 10/25/14. I was told the delivery would be 12/8/14. I called looking for my fixture on 12/8 and was told it would be 1/8/15. I called again on 1/8/15 and was told it would be delivered on 2/15/15. As far as I am concerned, no one there offered any service about this delay and they couldn't,t care less. I will pass this onto my colleagues and tell them to go down the street to their competitor. This is terrible.
