Mr. Transmission in Augusta has wonderful customer service. They have done a few jobs for me with great results. Most recently they did a complete break job on my '05 Chevy TrailBlazer.
Every time I go to them they are very accommodating, speak in a language that is understandable, and if they have bad new it is not the end of the world. They always give me options to work with.
The best part about their service is the way they treat you. I always pay attention to how a business treats the people that come before me, and the people that go after me. It doesn't matter if you go to Mr. Transmission in Augusta for a ten thousand dollar repair or a hundred dollar one. They will treat you with the same enthusiasm and respect as every guest that walks in.
