Review content:
This company installed 30 windows in my home. They have a 10 year labor and parts warranty. When the windows started leaking after 3 years, they replaced the first few then refused to answer calls or replace the others. At the time they said they were changing mfgs because of problems. Owner refuses to return calls. They work with real estate companies and apparently quote low to get the job knowing there will be a sale on the house and they won't have to honor any warranty. Hard to believe a company like this is in business.
