Review content:
The only reason this place is still in business is because they own so much property and they are right beside campus. The apartments are of the generic, slap-up-the-walls as quick as you can variety. There is no air in them and during the summer, you can really burn up. They're located in between two frat houses which can make for some loud, late partying. The block party every fall goes on all night and the management can't (?) or won't do anything about it. Everyone in the office is unfriendly and unwilling to help or be nice. They also spy on their tenants. As for the price, I was able to rent a 2-bedroom house for the same amount. And I was able to get some peace and quiet.
