Dishonest and Absolute Crooks\r \r My car broke down and Central Towing came to pick me up. He said the my problem was minor and could be fixed by the end of the day at Mike's auto repair. The repair was not done until the next day and I received my bill. After doing some research, calling where the place they receive their parts from, I discovered that they had increased the cost of parts from what they actually cost at NAPA by around 30-50%. They also charged me $70 for a twenty minutes of labor. Two days later there's a rattling noise where the repair had been done and that the car was now overheating. Since I had a warranty I called. I explained this to the receptionist and brought in the car. They said that they didn't hear any rattling noise and charged me $85 for a diagnostic fee because I had mentioned the car was overheating and they had checked my fan without informing me that there would be a charge for this.
