just recently I had the unfortunate necessity to need an emergency hospital for my pet. One of the vets I have used in the past and have a very high respect for is a stakeholder for Animerge, so I felt confident that the service and treatment would be top notch....It was't and not by a long way...\r

My past animal emergency experience has been; I was greeted upon arrive and escorted into an examination room, with in minutes a vet was examining my pet and assistants were taking information and asking for a payment. once the pet was evaluated / diagnosed additional treatments were provided or recommended at a later time. this was my expectation as I arrived at Animerge....Not so at Animerge\r

stepping into Animerge was like walking into a low end vets office. 5-7 minutes filling out paper work, 21-27 minute wait to get into a examination room, once in the room the vet tech was fumbling around and took another 5-7 minutes, then left, 10-15 minutes later the vet showed up...by that ti
