I brought my beloved cat to Animerge and unfortunately she had to be put to sleep do to renal failure. She was kept overnight and the next day we had our appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by reception and then by an assistant who happily asked if I was there to pick up my cat. Clearly they should have some sort of sensitivity training. \r I had to ask that we complete paperwork and pay for our bill prior to putting her down. My husband filled out an individual Crematory Request so that we could have her remains buried with our own one day. He was told that they would be available within one to two weeks. \r After three weeks I inquired about her remains and was told a week later that there had been a mix up . They took the blame and apologized because my cat had been put with the general cremations by the receptionist.
