Review content:
I called Tuffys, in December to repair my heater, I had used them a\r
few times in the past. they were always very professional, they came \r
out and looked it over, told me that it was out of freon and would cost\r
around 800.00 and some change I told him ok, he said that he had to \r
go pick some up. When he returned, he tried to put some in and it \r
wouldnt take it, and then figured that the valve was bad on the heat \r
side of the unit, and it be 3 to 5 days to get the part. 10.days passed \r
and I had not heard from them so I called, dispatcher said the part \r
had not come in and would call when it did. Its been over 30.days\r
And I still havent heard a word, Tuffys just blew us off, I will never\r
refer anyone,or use them again,its January, and we dont have heat\r
