I have bought a few cars in my life and have been at dealerships when my friends and family were buying and I have to say that this was by far the most exceptional experience I have ever had. Not your usual stereotypical dealership.
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with True enthusiasm and care by everyone. They listened to my needs and got me exactly what I was looking for with a no hassle price that was honest. A 2013 Equinox!! They broke down all of the numbers for me to better understand without me even asking. But more importantly, they actually cared!! Its not often you get this nice treatment.
My salesperson took me to meet some of the people in service to make sure I was familiar with it for my first oil change. Then I saw the Finance manager to do all of the paperwork and he was Great too. My car was cleaned gassed up and ready to go when the paperwork was complete. they even preset my favorite stations from my trade in! There are so many little things they do that make it so much easier buying a car. I cant wait to go back for an upgrade. I will send everyone to them.
