Review content:
We switched from quest hoping for faster Internet but all we've got is faster Internet that never works. Even with slower speeds quest still performed better than safe link. there towers have way too many customers on them and we have had a tech out half a dozen times to get the problem fixed and they just keep switching us to different towers, equipment, etc and the problem continues. The last time I called which was today they told me they couldn't have someone come look at it for three weeks
