Businiess name:  Sound Benefit Administration

Review content:
Would not recommend if you are looking for a business that is up to current technological standards, or one that views itself as a helpful service to the customer. Sound Benefit Administration is not customer-centric. I have worked with a few various COBRA benefit administrations in the past. Sound Benefit has truly been a headache to work with in my experience. On a practical side, they do not seem to have systems in place that help customers know things like due dates, or correspondence that shows the current status of payments. And, since they don't accept any form of payment other than cash or check, it's just not an easy system to work around and it doesn't set customers up for a painless payment process. On a personal note, they have treated me poorly during a billing dispute between my employer, myself and SBA. I hope to spare you from their business. You are better off going with somebody that runs a more modern business. You should probably avoid Gina Marken and Sound Business Administration unless you are okay dealing with paper & pen only type of business, and have no need for friendly customer service interactions.
