Eugene and Jose are excellent guys. However, I don't want any more drinking buddies, I want excellent service; excellent mechanics. This place can do the basics: sell you stuff you may or may not need but when it comes to finding problems or fixing problems, this is NOT the place to take your car. \r

I know. I know. Happens once, shame on them. Happens twice, shame on me! Well, I got screwed twice. The first time, I took it to Eugene. This second recent problem, it was all Jose. \r

Recently, I took my car in cause it would not start. Well, I got the car home from them but couldn't get the key out the ignition and the very next day, .... You guessed it -- the car wouldn't start! This Firestone shop is just a horrible mess. Only good thing this time was that Eugene was on holidays! Don't get me wrong. These are two really really nice guys but as said, this isn't why I bring my car in for service: I have enough friends. I want a service station which allegedly purports to be in the biz of fixing cars to actually fix my freaking car or at least ....not give it back to me worse AND charge me when they don't fix it!\r
