the people at the sprint store in cranberry pa suck bad i was saling a factory unlocked note 3 phone on creigslist so we called to make sure it would work and they ran the imie number and said it wasant registerd threw sprint and all we could do is to bring it down and they can run it and it might work so i called corporate because they pissed me off and they said the same thing they ran the imie number wasant registerd but still said it could work i didnt want to waste my time but they said to bring it so we made an appt we met there and all the assholes did was run the imie number just like over the phone if i would have know that i wouldnt have waste my time so i lost the sale and they made me look like a fool now i called corperate again then all of a sudden evan coeprate says they cant use factory unlocked phones thats bull then why didnt they tell me before i wasted my time big fucken no good assholes poor fucken sevice
