Review content:
Had a late lunch at Applebee's with my fiance so the foot traffic would be low and we could enjoy our meal. My fiance, who is allergic to ranch because of the onions in it, ordered no BBQ bacon ranch on his Triple Bacon Burger and when it arrived at the table it was dripping with the stuff. He politely asked the waitress to have it fixed and she brought it back to the kitchen. About 3-5 minutes later the burger was brought back to the table and my fiance decided to bring it home because he was no longer hungry. Later in the evening he went to eat it and discovered that the cooks had only scraped the BBQ ranch off the bun and patty. If he would have eaten the burger then he most likely would have ended up in the ER.
Sadly, this isn't the first time we've had issues from this establishment this year. At least this time the waitress we ended up with was nice and took our orders soon after we were seated. The last visit we waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged by our waiter in a mostly empty applebee's at 10:30 pm.
