Review content:
I selected flooring from Rite-Loom Flooring and counter-tops for my kitchen. I also picked the back splash material beforehand, and they did the installation. What was bothersome to me about the installation process was they changed the way the back splash was laid-out without my consultation. It was difficult for me, but I had to ask them to take it down, since I didn't like how it was done. I wish they could have taken the time to talk to me and we could have found a solution together.
My other concern came when trying to finish the job; they had to come back to my house a couple of times to fix small things that needed to be finished. This was a bit tiresome for me; we rescheduled a couple of times, and I really just wanted to be done. I know the reason for those minor repairs was having many contractors in at the same time. And, while some had to cover up some of the things being repaired it would become unnoticeable, thus they had to come back to do those adjustments. I think it should have been a complete job, and I should not have to be left on a limbo.
The installation workers were skilled; but I am also very picky about customer service. I like the whole job to be done right while them being there for the client in an expeditious manner leaving them with a positive experience. I was very happy with the material, but just the installation process was a bit challenging for me.
