Review content:
I rented from enterprise in New Orleans, the gentlemen that picked me up was very friendly and we talked about the changes that is happening in New Orleans. He was so nice, for my 1.5 mile ride; I tipped him $5.00. Inside counter helpers was on task to get me in and out quickly, although the gas tank as other reviewers wrote wasn't full, it was a 3/4 tank. He (clerk) noted it on the paperwork and I told him I would drop the car off empty at the airport, thereby having me pay for a full tank at dropped off; when I didn't get a full tank at pick-up. Overall I will definitely rent from this locale again in the future. Enterprise, just need to assess their business practice. *When I was being told about insurance up sale, I told the counter person; I have full coverage insurance that will cover my rental and the fact that my credit card does the same. When I told him the name of my insurance company, he stated he hadn't never heard of them. I wanted to stay professional; ""I commented, there are many things in life people haven't heard of; including myself at a greater age than you young man & being retired after a career in the military and traveling to many places"". Just accept a person ""word"" note their insurance and move on to give great customer service. *This led me to believe, commissions must be attached to this upsale or that the business needs better training of their counter clerks.
