My furnace stopped working over the Christmas weekend. I called several companies and could not even get anyone to respond. I called Air Control and I got a call back quickly in 15 minutes. Their service man came to my house that morning, and found the problem. He had the parts on his truck, and he got my furnace up and running very quickly under the circumstances. He said there was other work that was neededing to be done, but it could wait until it was not an overtime charge, which I appreciated. He returned and finished the work the next regular work day. I thought the response time was excellent, and the price was very fair given the situation. I can strongly recommend Air Control Heating for any furnace repairs. Also, their service man was very polite and clean.
Pros: they came when no one else would even answer the phone
Cons: none at all
