Hello. I contracted Air control to install a full home humidifier. Their installation was non-code and dangerous! The downdrain had 3 true kinks in it so that when it turned on the first time, I was out to dinner and came home to my office being flooded! Then, they refused to send someone out until well into the next day, and were very condescending and discourteous (actually the older fellow who came out shook his head at the job and was apologetic). The original installer even used duct tape to secure things, instead of the proper clamps and screws. Also, was quoted $350.00 and handed a bill for over $600! There was nothing about this easy, very standard installation that should have warranted this. When I asked about it, the manager actually used profanity to me on the phone! I finally went into the bussiness, spoke to a female owner and only after calling the better bussiness bureau received a reimbursement for the difference. However, there was never any apology about the flooding in my office, no offer to repair the flooring, and I was treated like a doormat during the entire horrible affair. I feel I was targeted and intimidated by their manager because I was female. Use anyone else!
