Review content:
Air Control came out and quoted me $300-500 dollars to fix my heater. The tech stated that the blower was out and if he could just replace the fan the part would be $75. If not the whole unit was $300. So when I asked the final price he said $300-$500. I asked what was included in the $200+ he said they billed out at $120/hr and that there was a trip charge of $45 to get the part. Well of course he said he couldn't get the bolt out of the fan so he was going to have to replace the part. Well....he charged us $500 for the part and $250 for the labor. I was pretty upset for the price difference....but sometime the tech don't really know what the price is.....(I was trying to give them a break). Then I called some appliance parts whse's only to find out the part cost $200 and some pennies!! So when I called Air Control they basically said that he had cleaned our system (which I went and opened up and checked. Not only did he not clean it but he scrapped all the dirt from replacing the fan in the corner of the unit and left it there.....and he didn't even replace the air filter!!) ARG!!! So when I called back to tell them that there tech didn't even clean the system....the young lady on the phone basically said ""tough Sh!#).\r

After calling the BBS this is normal for this company!\r

My suggestion......DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! They are minus 4 stars in my book!!\r
