Coming from a small town and always using friends and family, we have never used a moving company before. We were nervous about the whole process based on some horror stories, I have heard from different people. After reading some reviews online about Superior Moving & Storage and speaking to a friend in the moving business I felt comfortable enough to try Superior to see how it goes. The initial move out from my old apartment went very well, but to my surprise my new apartment wasn't ready and I had to see about having my stuff stored in the moving truck overnight and re-delivered the next day. Superior Moving didn't gouge us and gave us a fair rate to keep the stuff overnight in the truck. Customer service is so important these days and the guys really went above and beyond! The whole move went so very well and I have nothing but good things to say! The whole company was very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend Superior Moving and will definitely use them in the future!
