I am the owner of Taylor & Tyler inc. when reading reviews from sites like this you really have to take 98% of everything negative said and put it in perspective. Because these sites provide no rebuttal to any complaint it is 100% 1 sided and pure slander. we have an A+ rating with the BBB and I don't pay for their advertisement. we have been in business 15 years and I have 6 complaints with BBB and all handled and closed. I realize we cant please everybody all the time. We do our best to be an honest, hardworking company that competes for your business with respect and honesty. We will give an honest price and back up our work. We have a 30 day warranty on labor for service calls and a 1 year warranty for new installs. We have dispatchers that answer the phone, service techs that come to your home and service the systems and installers to install new systems. were are licensed and insured.
