I cannot recommend this company. A new tech for the company came by and during the routine 'cleaning' asked me if I wanted a chemical clean. I told him that would be OK, as he recommended it. My AC stopped working that night and I called to tell the company that he had broken it since it had been working for 5 years until his visit. The owner told me that sometimes the chemical clean causes something to expand and the motor dies. He said he normally warns customers about that. i told him his tech had not warned me. He apologized but offered nothing toward the the new fan motor which cost me nearly $600 in labor and part.\r \r A good business would have offered to at least pay half since it was their fault and since I never would have had the work done had they told me the risk.
