My friend locked her keys in her truck and we called B&B to come help pop the lock or tow it to her dad's. We called them about 8 pm and they didn't show up until 9:15pm. They even called us back on our cell phone three times for directions- you would think tow truck drivers would know directions especially since we were in a very well known area of the city. They did come out and pop the locks very quickly once they got there and found us. But the price was very high and the driver was somewhat rude.
