Review content:
Had appointment for tour today. Waited 20 minutes, being completely ignored, after being buzzed in and identifying myself and my purpose. While waiting, watched classrooms on monitors in reception area. Classes were overcrowded and children were clamoring for attention from "caregivers" who looked zoned out and who ignored them completely (I was beginning to know how they must feel...). The little girl's face was covered in dried tear tracks, she appeared dehydrated (I'm a certified nursing assistant) and her face was crimson.
