These guys did an awesome job! From the the quick response to our initial call, to the completion of repair, the techs worked efficiently and treated us with respect. They assured us they would find and fix the problem even if it took all night. Other than waiting for a part to come in, they at least made sure the hot water was working and even had a little heat which was a huge improvement from the last guy (from a different business that our warranty company sub-contracted out) who left us with NO hot water and No heat and had an attitude on top of that. I am so glad we called Solvit. Now we have piece of mind with their Home Protection Plan. Knowing they guarantee their repairs and replacement parts assures us we wont have to pay out for the same problem twice. I can't say enough how grateful we are to them. Definitely recommend for any homeowner or condo owner!
