My husband and I were trying to deal with water and sewage back-up in our basement for a week before I threw my hands up and called Roto-Rooter. We knew we had a mainline blockage and there is no one else to call for this type of trouble but Roto-Rooter! After receiving the estimate we called the next day for the work to be done. After too many days of water and a horrible stench I was thrilled to see the Roto-Rooter truck pull up to the front of our home. Our technician, Andre', was in uniform but he may as well have worn the cape and mask of the famed Caped Crusader - Batman! I knew he would get the job done and rescue us from the horrors of an evil mainline root blockage! Roto-Rooter Rocks!
