I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received from this company. From the moment I contacted the telephone representatives to the dispatchers that call ahead to the supervisors, techs, absolutely everyone provided us five star service. What started out as a back up sewer line and turned into a very costly repair in the end due to poor construction and the age of our house collapsing our plumbing, this is one experience I never want to relive. However the team at Roto Rooter was genuine, compassionate and worked their tails off to ensure we were able to get back into our home and be able to use it as quickly as possible. The concern for my family was so appreciated. Ultimately I feel liike we could've found a less expensive option, but am 100% pleased with our decision to stick with Roto Rooter. From the five year warranty (for the work we had done), to the fact that amongst the probably 6-10 workers that were at our home in two days they were all actual Roto Rooter employees and not some third party contractor, we made the best choice! I felt from the beginning to the very end we were well taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality, friendly and reliable service.
