This review has nothing to do with the expertise of the technician who installed the water heater. The biggest problem was STICKER SHOCK. I know technology has improved water heaters over the years, but I found the cost of the exact model that I had installed for a 1/3 of my total bill. This was for a single unit and you a reputable plumber buys in bulk and probably pays less or equal to the price that I found. Ask yourself is labor and parts worth 2/3 of the cost of a water heater installation? Maybe or maybe not!
