Review content:
Not recommended--took my small dog through on a tour - long wait, no staff responding to desk call to host a tour - this should have been my clue to understaffing. boarded dog a few days later-within 48 hours had bloody diarrhea from stress, noisy runs, isolated and little human interaction. was not called to be informed, found out when i arrived to pick up. front desk kept pressing me to decide on $120 diarrhea shot before even seeing my dog. could not believe the vibrant dog was now lethargic and tail between legs. what the hell happened? friend who had recommended this for boarding saw changes in dog over visits, too. cut corners with staff, but expensive vet always available. felt like their business model was all about shaving expenses with needed labor and hiking up vet service bill.
