Review content:
After 3.5 years there we canceled our membership due to the fact they would not accept Amex. I originally signed a 1 year agreement and had more than filled my obligation. The lady in the billing office did not inform me I had to fill out a cancellation notice. Later last summer I get a notice from them for about $400. I called and explained what had happened to a female employee in billing. She said it must of been overlooked and that was the end of the conversation, now today I get a collection notice for almost $800. After they were purchased out of bankruptcy you could count on the steam room and hottub being down at least once a week and there was a flood and there was mildew like smell in the building. They have multiple tax liens so the new owners don't seem to want to pay their taxes and now are trying to extort money. Stay far far away from there.
