As luck would have it my water heater sprung a leak late on a Sunday afternoon. I travel every week so time was critical in obtaining service. Earlier in the year I used your company for some plumbing work related to the installation of an in-home generator. The plumber did such a great job I decided to join the Abacus club, so I decided to call them first. Needless to say I was not disappointed. The representative I spoke with on the phone did explain that since it was late on Sunday afternoon it wouldn't be possible to send anyone out, which I expected. However, when I explained to her what my circumstance was she put me on hold to check with the technician to see if there was any chance they could stop by Sunday evening. As it turned out, he could. The technician showed up within two hours and quickly diagnosed the situation, and within 24 hours I had a new water heater professionally installed. He was excellent. He knew the products, gave us several different options, and most importantly, showed up on time and did what he said he would do with no surprises. Abacus has consistently shown me that they really do put the customer first. As a first time home-buyer it's difficult to know what company to choose and who to trust. When it comes to plumbing & AC work I no longer have to worry. Thank you Abacus!
