Review content:
I rent from Enterprise a couple times a month. Usually never have an issue. Occasionally, I get a free upgrade which is nice. I usually rent an ecomony car and have no issues. On December 11th, I got in at close to midnight after a delayed flight and just wanted to get home. The representative tried to get me to upgrade to a fullsize which I didn't need. Then he pushed the intermediate for only a couple of dollars more. Well, make sure you check to see what you were actually charged. My original reservation was for 136.00. The upgrade which I didn't need, turned into 176.00. I just wanted to get out of the airport and I don't think forty dollars over three days is a couple of bucks. Just glad the are other counters to chose from. Will not be stopping at Enterprise any more.
